We bring programs combining yoga (mindfulness, meditation, breathwork) & nutritional therapies to adults & kids via the workplace, schools & nonprofits.
Our mission is to nurture the mind, body, and spirit for people of all ages so everyone can live their best life.
We bring wellness programs incorporating yoga (includes meditation, mindfulness, pranayama/breathwork), nutrition education and nutritional therapies to kids, adults and families through schools, nonprofits and the workplace.
Research shows that most modern health issues are a result of stress and toxins. We offer solutions to minimize the effects of stress and toxins to allow the body to heal and achieve “vibrant health” rather than simply being “okay, with no serious health issues.” Our programs incorporate yoga (asana/poses, meditation, mindfulness, pranayama/breathwork) and nutrition education.
Yoga is a wonderful tool for reducing stress at any age and any level of fitness or mobility. To reduce toxins in your system, we suggest being mindful of what we put IN, ON and AROUND our bodies. We also partner with the most scientifically advanced, up-to-date nutritional therapies for detoxing and balancing the body. We call this 360 Clean Living and we support you with our 360 Life Cleanse.

Reddy Set Yoga! offers programs before, during and after school for kids, teens, teachers, parents, families, and adults. Our classes incorporate meditation, mindfulness and nutrition education. We have been offering programs at several public and private schools.

The RSY Workshop “Mindfulness and Meditation for College Success” is popular among high school and college students. Students these days are under tremendous pressure to perform well on exams. This RSY workshop offers tools to help students reduce stress and improve focus.

You may have a child who does not get along well with a parent or sibling. But then they do a partner pose together, and they start to giggle, relax and feel more connected. After yoga, the family can continue relaxing and bonding together over dinner at home since no one has to cook or clean-up!

Adults often request the RSY Yoga + Healthy Desk Meal program for their work-place. Though they know it would improve their health, many individuals are too busy to take a yoga class or prepare a healthy meal. This RSY program solves the problem by bringing yoga and a healthy meal to you. It can be done as lunch hour yoga followed by meal at your desk or it can be after work yoga with take-home meal.

I really see yoga, movement, nutrition, wellness as really foundational for students to be successful academically and in life. It is helpful to have yoga in any school environment because it gives teachers and children tools to control their emotions, regulate their own moods, and focus and engage and concentrate in ways that otherwise wouldn’t be possible.

We see RSY as part of that personal safety and wellness aspect of our programming. RSY really gets to that stress reduction that we need for our women to heal so they can be successful not only in their goals, but also with their children. I appreciate the holistic approach that RSY has discussed. The complete mind body connection RSY understands the impact that has. RSY can play a great part in women achieving that wholeness so they are stress free and focused and able to really deal with whatever they need to do to shift their circumstances head on. I would choose RSY for the YWCA because of the holistic approach it has. It integrates not only what needs to happen with youth, but also what needs to happen with parents so they can reinforce that message of mindfullness, focus, so you can really heal a family. The opportunity for RSY and YWCA is to break the cycle. Break the cycle of generations of stress of the conditions that stress has caused. So we’re not only talking about what happens with the mother and the child today, we’re looking at the long term effects that they’ve experienced as well as they could potentially cause if we don’t break the cycle today. The mission of the YWCA is to eliminate racism and empower women and so for us RSY is part of that empowerment process because again, we look at how e can really help women put their oxygen masks on first so that they’re better prepared to help their children be as successful as they need to be.
